There’s been an accident at Control Room B, but it might just be the happiest one the engineers have ever had. As one engineer finished their shift, a dram of vodka found its way into the milky coffee of a colleague who was about to clock in. The reaction? Shock, followed quickly by a realisation: this was a very happy accident. And so, the Engineer’s Espresso Martini was born.

Soon, the engineers were experimenting with their own favourite post-shift tipples, forming the Experimental Espresso Martini Club, using spirits including Patron Silver and XO tequilas, Grey Goose Vodka, Dewar’s Scotch whisky and Caffe Borghetti  Italian espresso liqueur. Guests can sample the experimental creations until 15th November, for those that order from the Experimental Espresso Martini Club will be handed the Happiest Accidents Book, where they can detail their favourite accident ever.
